Four villa units occupy the block. All units feature two bedrooms, built-in wardrobes, bathroom separate from toilet, kitchen with meals area and laundry.
Parking
All units include a single lock-up garage and one additional off-street parking space. For units 1, 3 and 4, the additional car-space is tandem parking spot directly in front of the garage for that unit, while unit 2 has an independent car-space along the main driveway. Unit 1 has its own dedicated driveway while the other units share a common driveway.
Units 1 and 3 provide an outside power outlet (standard 10A) at the driveway space suitable for overnight electric vehicle charging. (For unit 3 this outlet is located in the meter box.)
Private courtyards
All units feature private outdoor courtyards, each with a clothesline, paved area, and outdoor power outlet. Unit 1 includes an additional front lawn area hidden from the street, while unit 4 includes a larger backyard.
Sustainable design
Units 2, 3 and 4 feature bright and spacious north-facing lounge rooms for great natural light, while unit 1 includes a north-facing bedroom and a west-facing lounge to overlook its front courtyard.
Insulated brick veneer construction helps to provide passive temperature comfort in both summer and winter.
An off-grid solar setup provides subtle courtesy lighting in common driveway areas for a period of time after sunset.
Utilities
All units have NBN connectivity (FTTC). The usual curbside fibre connection point has been carried underground along the main driveway to minimise the required connection distance and allow for a better quality NBN connection.
In addition, units 2 and 3 are fitted out with ethernet home networking data points for the ultimate in connectivity.
All units feature whole-house surge protection in each main switchboard which provides a little extra peace of mind for electronic equipment.
Water is included without additional cost to residents, as it is billed on a common account. Gas is not available at the premises.
